The Bar Room at Black Bear Bread Company in Grayton Beach FL

Bar Room offers a more grown-up evening vibe, something a little different from our all-day café vibe,” said Phil McDonald, Black Bear Bread Co. executive chef and co-owner. “Dave & I took several trips around the country prior to finalizing the concept to round out the creative details for it. We wanted to offer locals a day-to-evening space unlike anything else in the area with the same quality and delivery that we bring to our daytime coffee and dining experience.” The Bar Room reopened in September of 2020 after being shuttered by Covid in March of 2020. They feature fresh farm-raised oysters, carpaccio, homemade pasta dishes, fresh fish and unique wines and local beers. The Bar Room is open from 11am to 9pm, Monday through Wednesday and 11am to 10pm Thursday through Saturday and from 11am to 3pm on Sunday.
