There is so much to do on the Emerald Coast

Santa Rosa Beach: I love Grayton Beach on 30A as the beaches are super wide with plenty of places to spread out and Western Lake is also stunning. For those looking to experience an amazing coastal tour by paddle board, check out Gulf Therapy. Gulf Therapy is founded by Amanda Abbott and partnered with Tyler "TK" King of Adventure 30A, who supplies the board rentals. We are grateful for our community and strong supporters like the YOLOBoard Tribe, The 30A Company, and Whole Life Fitness. Gulf Therapy is a bi-monthly event the first and third Friday of every month at 7am at the Western Lake boat launch on Hotz Avenue & the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Grayton Beach, Florida. https://www.gulftherapy.org/

Grand Opening of The Grove 30A

This is such a cute place tucked behind a tree line off of 30A!! They have plenty of outdoor seating with shady cabanas, all with their own fans so it's nice and breezy. Two great places to rent on vacation

Crescent in Miramar Beach. One of the biggest pools in the area! We own unit 308 which is 3BR and updated throughout. https://www.vacasa.com/unit.php?UnitID=35560

My favorite condo in Panama City Beach is Palazzo. It is only 129 units and has a chill environment. At Palazzo everything is direct Gulf front with spacious balconies. We own a corner 3BR unit there #1708 that was also recently renovated throughout.
