Aaron Perk specializes in representing families to investors, with a high level of service, assisting customers and clients in all aspects of real estate purchases from investment purchases to secondary beach homes.

Aaron Perk was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He grew up vacationing along our South Walton beaches, beginning in 1974. Aaron shares that one theme remained constant throughout the years of time spent at the beach: “I loved coming and hated leaving, and each year the desire to stay at the beach got stronger and stronger.” He knew he HAD to relocate his family here to the Emerald Coast, and in 2012, Aaron and his family made the big move.

After studying Business Management at Eastern Illinois University, Aaron married his high school sweetheart, Julie, in 1999. He is proud of his three children, Madilyn, Sophia, and Griffin, who all attend schools here in South Walton.

Since 2013, Aaron has been a licensed real estate agent and has taken his sales career to the next level, by joining an amazing team at Abbott Martin Group | eXp Realty.
