Nathan Abbott is a lifelong native of Florida’s Emerald Coast and the third generation of a family whose name has been synonymous with local real estate for over 60 years. His family’s company, Abbott Realty Services, was once the largest employer in Northwest Florida throughout the 1980s and ’90s — helping shape the growth of the region that Nathan still calls home.

Following in that legacy, Nathan began his own real estate career in 2001 and quickly established himself as one of the Gulf Coast’s top producers. Today, as CEO of the Abbott Martin Group with eXp Realty, he leads one of the most accomplished real estate teams in the nation — with over $2 billion in lifetime sales and recognition among the Top 1% of all real estate teams nationwide.

Under Nathan’s leadership, Abbott Martin Group has been honored as a three-time Inc. 5000 company and named eXp Realty’s Top-Producing Mega Agent Team in Florida for 2024–2025.
