completely fell in love with the area’s emerald green ocean and white sugar sand beaches—a
place where "sun, salt, and sand heal everything." After vacationing here for two years, I made
the permanent move to 30A in 2019. Since then, I have been deeply embedded in the local
market, notably spending five years opening the only gated community in Watersound Origins
and guiding it from raw sand to hundreds of completed homes.
