This Immaculately cared for, single-story, waterfront home on Joe's Bayou is a boat lover's dream. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on a three quarter of an acre lot has 100 feet of deep waterfront footage. The new composite dock has a 20,000 lb lift that has accommodated a 40 foot boat as well as a wet spot that can park a 45 foot boat. The home sits at over 20 feet of elevation and is in Flood zone X and was built in 2008. This part of Joe's Bayou is also a no wake zone and a dead end, making it a super quiet and a safe spot to park your boats. The screened in outdoor living and dining area is complete with a summer kitchen and bar, and plenty of room for entertaining. It is also perfect for enjoying the views and the yard and pool make for hours of enjoyment for family and pets. The serene landscaping adds to the estate charm and both the front and rear yards have had lighting added. A now heated pool has new pumps and the entire yard has been fenced in completely. There is an outdoor shower and a large storage closet as well as racks along the fence for paddle boards or kayaks. A wall and remote security gate have been added to the front of the property for a truly grand and secure entrance. The already substantial parking has been added onto with the addition of a RV parking spot, complete with hook ups. The current owners have also re-insulated the entire home including the garage as well as added air conditioning and heating to the 700 square foot garage.

The inside of the home is not to be ignored with custom hardwood doors, high quality crown molding, large wood beams, travertine and hardwood flooring as well as carpet in the bedrooms that was replaced in 2020.

The kitchen has commercial grade Viking appliances and a new built in Kitchen-Aide Refrigerator and Freezer. It also boasts a pretty, blue prep-island with a marble top, granite countertops, plenty of cabinets and a separate pantry.

The master suite area is enormous and takes up the entire west side of the home. It features a sitting area overlooking the pool and water, beautiful trayed and coffered ceilings, his and her walk in closets, a unique double-sided vanity, oversized walk-in shower with 7 shower heads, an oversized tub and a private water closet.

The home has three additional bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and their own en suite bathroom. The garage has been heated/cooled and insulated and works well as it is set up as a man cave but could easily be converted back to a 3 car garage. The home has a brand new whole house generator, a new camera system, a new a/c unit for the west end of the home, a new digital hot water heater, special air filters installed on both A/C units during Covid, a new sprinkler pump and well, a new security system and "A" Type owners who have complete equipment files and service history on hand.

Joes Bayou is the closest protected deep water bayou to the Gulf of Mexico and NO FLOOD INSURANCE is required.

This home is being sold unfurnished but most pieces are negotiable. The only affixed exclusion is the chandelier that is hanging in the family room. It is a family heirloom and will be removed and replaced with what originally hung in the room - a ceiling fam (to be approved upon once under contract by the sellers and the new buyer).
